WHAT IS THE PROCESS? To request a transcript of a Court proceeding, simply complete the secure online order form on this website. You'll need to provide the case number(s) and date(s) of the hearing(s). This information can be found on the Maryland Judiciary Case Search website. During your first order, you will create a user account in TheRecordXchange. Once your request is submitted, the court will review it and upload the relevant recordings. We will then update your request with an estimated cost based on our current rates and request a deposit, which can be paid online via credit card. Upon receipt of the deposit, work on your transcript will begin.
